About the role

This is a central role for you who loves order and enjoys managing everything from documentation to digital communication.

• Scope: 80 hours per month (50%).
• Location: At our office in Gothenburg.

Your mission

You ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your focus areas include:

• Quality assurance of documents and workflows in the Office suite.
• Being the company's voice outward with a professional telephone manner.
• Coordinating matters within the corporate group.
• Ongoing support in our daily routines.

Who are you?

We are looking for a methodical person who does things right – not quickly and carelessly.

• Competence: You are highly skilled in the Office suite and fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Communication: You have a very good phone voice and a professional demeanor.
• Digital curiosity: You have a genuine interest in learning more about social media and how AI agents can streamline our work.
• Attitude: You are reliable, self-driven, and humble.
